Nobody would believe me if I tell them I enjoy cooking…well, I don’t blame them.
But to tell the truth, I do enjoy cooking. When I surf, I am always on the lookout for new recipes to try out. The only thing is they cannot be complicated because if they are I will mess up…seriously.
Recently I saw a write-up on Mango Dessert on http://www.babeinthecitykl.blogspot.com/, so on one of my visits to Village Grocery at Bangsar Village, I picked up the very same Mango Dessert. ..hehehe.

Actually the main reason why I choose this dessert is because it is so simple to make - pour out the contents, add hot water, stir, place in cup, chill & serve. I also added loads of Nata De Coco because Leslie absolutely loves them.
The texture was creamy and a bit gooey. Luckily I added some Nata De Coco, because the freshness & sweetness of the Nata De Coco actually gave a balance to the dessert. Anyway, the most important thing is Leslie loves it & he could not get enough of it.
